Transit Time

Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 4–6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier handling delivery.

Total Estimated Delivery

From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives, you’re generally looking at 5–8 business days total.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily cut-off for processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after that will begin processing the following business day.

At this time, Textu ships exclusively within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our hands, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system, so don’t worry if it’s not showing movement right away.

  • Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Weather, carrier delays, or busy shipping seasons can occasionally push things back
